Diana has experienced the many aspects of film making over almost 25 years and worked across the full life cycle of film production. Her tenacity, experience and care inspire delivery of quality within deadlines and budget.

As an Assistant Director and Producer Diana has worked on over three hundred feature film, television and commercial projects and is privileged to be have been mentored by directors such as John Boorman, Arthur Penn and Les Blair.

Diana heads up Best Light Films. Her strategy is to collaborate with partners offering her experience and expertise while tailor making her contribution to the requirements of the project / director / collaborator. Her passion is to accelerate Best Light beyond the norm while developing an innovative approach to the business that encourages creativity and acknowledges her humanness.

Luthando Prinsloo

Director of Community of Practice

Luthando is a seasoned executive who combines strategy, creativity, facilitation skills and a love of filmmaking. His experience has been acquired through many roles, organisations and countries. He brought this expertise together in a book on African Fusion Leadership, and is pursuing his doctorate on this topic. He wrote his masters thesis on organizational ethics and narrative therapy.

Luthando speaks English, Afrikaans, Spanish, German, Dutch and some Zulu.

Luthando has developed the client-customer-context centric (C4) model that Best Light offers. He facilitates the leadership and Community of Excellence aspects of Best Light and our Associated companies.
